These wonderfully fragrant pearls are magical to watch as they slowly unfurl into beautiful leaf and bud sets. Crafted from spring-picked Chinese green tea, each handcrafted pearl is a rolled set of two tender leaves and a bud which have been placed in the company of fresh jasmine blossoms. You can add the pearls to your own green tea to create a special Jasmine blend.

My good friend, Jane, loves to put a few of the Jasmine Phoenix Pearls in with some of our delicious green teas. Another customer likes to add them to our first flush Darjeeling to enhance the flavor.
