I am fortunate enough to be able to carry some of the best black tea in the world. I prefer my black tea to be from single estate farms. I used to be a Ceylon only kind of gal but I have since discovered the beauty of Kenyan teas. I sometimes mix a bit of black tea in with different herbal blends I have or with other black teas to create really delicious iced teas in the summer. When I need a caffeine boost in the morning there is nothing that will wake me up faster than a good, strong black tea. And if I want something more delicate, I have a lovely Darjeeling.
