Roasted Chicory Root - Organic (2oz Loose Leaf)

Chicory Root has been used since the time of the Egyptians for its multiple health benefits.  It can be used as a coffee substitute or added to tea or herbs to give a unique flavor.  It can also be used to cook with in baked goods.  The uses are endless! 

2 oz loose leaf in stand up, resealable pouch

Ingredients: Organic Roasted Chicory Root Granules. Caffeine Free

Drip Coffee instructions:

Potent: 1 rounded tablespoon for every 2 cups of water and a extra tablespoon “for the pot”.

Strong: 1 rounded tablespoon for every 2 cups of water.

Medium: 1 level tablespoon for every 2 cups of water.

Light : 1 rounded teaspoon for every 2 cups of water.

This can be steeped in a drip coffee maker, French press, standard infuser, filter bag, or even an espresso machine. It can also be combined with coffee for a half caf blend.
