Coffee leaves tea, or "kuti," had been made in Ethiopia and Indonesia for centuries. It has an earthy, herbaceous flavor with notes of sweetgrass, similar to green tea. Coffee leaves contain more antioxidants than blueberries, chocolate or green tea.

A London Fog is a popular coffee shop combination of Earl Grey tea, steamed milk, and vanilla. Though its true origins are unknown, it’s said to have started in Vancouver, Canada, possibly as a coffee alternative for a pregnant customer who was trying to avoid caffeine. It’s perhaps ironic then that we’ve brought things back to coffee in this Earl Grey blend by swapping out traditional, high caffeine black tea for naturally low caffeine coffee leaves.
