This blend was created in honor of our family patriarch, Lee. When he first tried a sample he said it was his favorite of all of the blends we carry.  It is a delicious blend created with a flavorful selection of superior quality herbs and spices.  This blend is great as an after dinner drink since it does not contain caffeine.

Organic Ingredients: Roasted Chicory, Carob, Barley, Almonds, Dates, Figs, Natural Flavor

All of our chicory blends can be steeped in a drip coffee maker, French press, standard infuser, filter bag, or even an espresso machine. They can also be combined with coffee for a half caf blend. 

Drip Coffee instructions:

​​​​​​​Potent: 1 rounded tablespoon for every 2 cups of water and a extra tablespoon “for the pot”.

Strong: 1 rounded tablespoon for every 2 cups of water.

Medium: 1 level tablespoon for every 2 cups of water.

Light : 1 rounded teaspoon for every 2 cups of water.
