What would Chai-tur-day, formerly known as Saturday, be without chai? Just another day of the week. I look forward to my Chai-tur-day ritual. Most of the chai's I make are on a stove with one cup water, one cup milk and 2 tablespoons of tea. I have fun with my chai. I create crazy blends that I just call Frankenstein blends with the combined ingredients of different teas and a chai spice adding up to the 2 tablespoons. Is it any wonder that Chai-tur-day is my favorite day of the week?
