Ingredients: Black tea, Cane Sugar Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Clove, Pumpkin, Artificial Flavors
Hot matcha latte brewing methods - fast method: Use 1/2 tsp. per 8oz. serving. Add 1/2 tsp. to base of cup and add 2oz. of hot water & mix vigorously to make a smooth paste-like liquid. Top with freshly steamed milk (or substitute)
Iced matcha latte brewing methods: Use 1/2 tsp. per 8oz. serving. Add 1/2 tsp. to base of cup and add 2oz. of hot water & mix vigorously to make a smooth paste-like liquid. Top with freshly steamed milk (or substitute) Cool for 30-60 minutes and pour over ice
Slow brewed Iced Matcha: Place 3 level teaspoons of Matcha into a glass pitcher. Fill pitcher with ice and let sit. After a few hours, ice will have melted and tea brewed. Stir vigorously to ensure the Matcha goes into suspension. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Make Your Own Pumpkin Cream Foam:
- 3 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon whole milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, ginger)
- 1 teaspoon pure pumpkin puree
Place all of the ingredients in a small glass or measuring cup. Using a handheld milk frother, whip until the mixture is slightly thickened, but still pourable. Mmm delicious!
